A December Wedding (Northern Virginia Wedding Photographer)

Tuesday, January 26th, 2010

Oh my gosh.. bad blogger! So far behind!

Photographed a beautiful, small wedding in December (I know, it’s almost February…). It’s fun watching two people get married who are honestly made for each other. I didn’t know Nicole and Adam very well before the wedding, but just watching their interactions with one another and seeing how much they were supported by their friends and family, it’s clear that they are truly supposed to be with the other :)

There’s a lot of photos ahead, so buckle up!

I don’t know what it is about makeup brushes, but I sure do love them! Surprisingly, I have none at home…

I love a bride who wears different shoes! Nicole had some rocking-white Puma’s that she wore! Way to be comfortable, it’s the only way to go :)

On the way to the ceremony:

I love these moments, right before the bride walks down the aisle, the nervous, and giddy smile behind the closed doors :)

The church was beautiful! They were married at Our Lady of Hope in Potomac Falls, which was right across the street from where they got ready at her brother’s house.

A little fun in the elevator at the church. I loooove mirrored elevators, so much fun!

Nicole is busting on the maid of honor because she forgot to unbustle Nicole’s train before she walked down the aisle :)

The cake! Sadly, another wedding where I didn’t get any cake.. I heard it was good though! Sure was pretty.

The pianist:

Nicole’s maid of honor memorizing (and posing with) her speech:

CHEERS!

Fun ring shot :) Thanks to one of the groomsmen for the fantastic idea, I think it came out great!

Congrats Nicole and Adam! Thanks for letting me be a part of your day, it was so fun and special :)
